The new art for it feels so boring and non-threatening to me! ] has pretty cool art too, feels like high level comic art to me.įor recent stuff, I enjoy Nils Hamm a lot, especially ]. ]'s original Weatherlight art is also an early favorite. These days I think it's a little more cute than totally badass, but I adore it all the same. Ice Ace art ] was one of the coolest damn things middle school me had ever seen. I love almost everything that Guay has done for the game, but I'm having trouble picking what to single out. The charm that folks like the Foglios and Amy Weber brought to the game is also sorely missed. ![]() They feel like the Magic version of The Real Ghostbusters ghosts in the best way. ] still cracks me up almost 20 years later (those faces!), and the little monsters on ] are just so delightful. I also really miss DiTerlizzi and Ian Miller. The 9th edition foil of that art is breathtaking.ĭon't know how to autocard judge Hanna, so here's a link: I've had a soft spot for her ] since I got a long box with that art on top when I was first starting out. So much of Nielsen's stuff is outstanding.
